U.S. Representative Young Kim serves the 39th Congressional District of California in the House of Representatives in the 117th Congress. She is one of the first Korean American women to serve in Congress and serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, as Vice Ranking Member of the House Subcommittee on Asia, the Pacific, Central Asia and Nonproliferation and as Co-Chair of the Congressional Study Group on Korea.
