Jocelyn Wong (黃梓甄) oversees key operational and administrative functions at IPAC, supporting the effective running of the Secretariat’s daily work, including budgeting, accounts, and organisational coordination. She also supports events, projects, fundraising administration, and contributes to research and policy-related outputs.
