Baroness D'Souza

Baroness D'Souza is a British scientist and politician. She previously served as Lord Speaker from 2011 to 2016. Before this role, she worked as an independent research consultant for the United Nation, and was the Director of the human rights organisation Article 19 from 1989 to 2002.
