Rep. Marek Ženíšek

Marek Ženíšek is a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament. Between 2024-2025 he served as the Minister for Science, Research and Innovation in the Government of the Czech Republic. Before this, he was the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament between 2021 to 2024. There he helped to advance a proactive, confident, and pro-western foreign policy including, such as, the passing of the Agreement on Defence Cooperation between the Czech Republic and the United States or the Magnitsky Act. He is a founding member of the TOP 09 party which he represents.
