Rep. Juliana Aray

Juliana Aray is a social communicator and Representative to the Chamber for the Conservative Party (Partido Conservador) representing the department of Bolívar, Colombia. She was a communications advisor at the District Institute of Sports and Recreation of Cartagena (IDER), the Secretary of Health of Bolívar, the Local Hospital Cartagena de Indias, and the District Ombudsman's Office of Cartagena (Personería Distrital de Cartagena).
