Phil Brickell MP

Phil Bricknell is a British Labour Party politician, who is the Member of Parliament for the parliamentary constituency of Bolton West. Prior to his parliamentary career, he served as a councillor for Baguley Ward on Manchester City Council, and he also served on the Labour Party's National Constitution Committee. He is a Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
