Dep. Rafael López

Rafael López is a lawyer, sociologist, and National Deputy representing the department of Santa Cruz for the LIBRE party in the Bolivian Chamber of Deputies. He has served as Director of the Pro Santa Cruz Civic Committee, Executive Secretary of the Local University Federation, and Secretary of Social Welfare of the Departmental Workers' Central of Santa Cruz. A guest lecturer in Political Science, Law, and International Relations programs, he is a member of the Plural Justice, Public Ministry, and State Legal Defense Commission and the Public Ministry and State Legal Defence Committee.
