Michael Brand is a German Christian Democrat and Member of the Bundestag. He is the speaker for human rights within the CDU/CSU caucus. He continuously raises issues around the persecution of Christians, Tibetans and Uyghurs and suppression of human rights. He co-founded the new Tibetan Advocacy Group and stands for a more robust reaction to China’s aggressive behaviour.
