Dimon Liu

Dimon was one of the founders and the organiser of the annual People’s Liberation Army Conference at Staunton Hill, Virginia from 1990 to 1998. Her work on human rights, the rule of law, democracy and military strategy is widely published, including by the Department of Defence.
