Catalina Miranda Aguirre is the IPAC’s Liaison for Latin America and the Caribbean based in Bogotá, Colombia. She has worked for over 8 years in the security and defense sector of Colombia. She specialises in public policy development and assessment, as well as national and international political analyses.
